B-EvolutionTech operates the website www.bevolutiontech.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’). On this website, you can find out about our activities, contact us or use our online services.

1. On what basis and for what purpose do we process your data?

We cannot guarantee the confidential or reliable transmission of data that you provide to us via a contact form made available by us, by e-mail or via a social media page operated by us. This also applies if we reply to you via an electronic channel, unless we use special encryption techniques. For this reason, we ask you not to send us any confidential or sensitive data via these channels.

If you contact us via social media, please note that the data protection regime, as well as the use of this data, is the responsibility of the social media provider in question.

You may exercise your right of access at any time in accordance with the Cantonal Data Protection Act. Subject to disproportionate administrative costs, the right of access and any information provided are, in principle, free of charge.

We may restrict or even, in extreme cases, refuse the right of access in the event of conflicting public or private interests, or due to disproportionate costs.

b. Rectification, cessation, elimination, non-disclosure and acknowledgement

You can ask at any time:

What information do we receive and how do we use it?
